Gyan Sindhu Academy provides a well-organized and safe transportation system for our students. Our fleet of buses covers various routes in and around Nirsa Bazar, ensuring convenient pick-up and drop-off services for families throughout the area.

Transport Fees & Payment
- Transport fees are charged quarterly in advance
- Fees vary based on distance (₹800 - ₹1,500 per month)
- 10% discount for siblings using the same route
- Payment can be made via cash, cheque, or online transfer
- No transport fees during summer/winter breaks
Registration Process
- Submit the transport request form (available at school office)
- Provide two passport-size photographs of the student
- Submit proof of residence (Aadhaar card/electricity bill)
- Complete the medical information form
- Pay the first quarter's transport fee
- Receive bus pass with route details and pickup time
Note: Transport registration for the academic year begins April 1st. Limited seats are available on each route.
Rules & Regulations
- Students must carry their bus pass daily
- Parents must inform in advance if student will not use transport on any day
- No changes to pickup/drop points during academic year without approval
- Students must remain seated while bus is moving
- Disruptive behavior may result in transport privileges being revoked
- Parents/guardians must be present at drop-off point to receive KG students
