Age Eligibility Guidelines

At Gyan Sindhu Academy, we follow age-appropriate admission criteria to ensure children are placed in classes that match their developmental stage. Our age requirements are designed to create optimal learning environments where students can thrive academically and socially.

Standard Age Requirements

The following table outlines the minimum and maximum age limits for admission to various classes at Gyan Sindhu Academy:

Important Notes

• Age relaxation of up to 3 months may be considered in exceptional cases at the discretion of the principal.
• For admission to Grade 2 onwards, proof of completion of previous class from a recognized school is mandatory.
• The birth certificate must be issued by the Municipal Corporation or competent authority.
• Admission to any class is subject to availability of seats.
• Age criteria may be revised as per government/board guidelines.

Documents Required for Age Verification

Parents must submit one of the following documents as proof of age:

• Municipal Corporation birth certificate (original + photocopy)
• Hospital birth record with official seal
• Anganwadi record (for early childhood admissions)
• Passport (if date of birth is mentioned)
