Payment Policies
- Admission fee and first month's tuition must be paid at the time of admission
- Annual charges are payable in April each year (can be paid in two installments)
- Tuition fees are due by the 10th of each month
- A late fee of ₹50 per day will be charged after the due date
- Fees are revised annually with prior notice (typically 5-8% increase)

Note: All fees are subject to revision as per management discretion. Parents will be notified at least 3 months in advance of any fee changes.
Refund Policy
- Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
- Annual charges will be refunded pro-rata if withdrawal occurs before September 30th
- One month's notice is required for withdrawal, otherwise one month's fee will be charged
- Transportation fees are non-refundable after the month begins
Financial Assistance
Gyan Sindhu Academy offers limited financial assistance to deserving students based on both merit and need. Parents may apply for fee concessions by submitting:
- Completed financial aid application form
- Income proof of parents/guardians
- Previous year's academic records
- Recommendation letter (if applicable)
Important: The school reserves the right to modify the fee structure, payment terms, and policies as deemed necessary. Current parents will be informed through circulars in advance.
